We use International Express Service for all international deliveries. We are responsible for shipping. Allow 7-10 business days from the date of shipment. They offer tracking number once your order. Delays may occur until March due to heavy demand and heavy load on postal and customs services in September. Make sure you give us your address and shipping, we are not responsible for resending if you have provided.


If you wish to cancel the order you must send it directly. 25% will be penalized. Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of order. At the same time, orders can not be canceled online.


If you are not happy to find out why, once with your purchase, we'll get the order and we'll be happy to help you swap or return the product.

Once you receive the return, it can take up to seven days to complete your return. And all the costs associated with the exchange of goods are borne by the consumer.
